If you are looking for software to install then please use either the software installer or fantastico in cPanel. There is a large variety of freeware there that should set you on your way. They are all very easy to install and if you run into problems most the members of the forums will be able to assist you in the process.

If I have misinterpreted your question please don't hesitate to say so.

I guess the admins will install them for all members in near future. I am also waiting for them. Specially I am looking for a good SEO tool.

CpAddon and Site Software are features that basically have been discontinued from Cpanel, but currently still show. If you wish to have software installed, you will need to either use Fantastico ( as mentioned above ) or install the software manually.

You could of also looked this information up via the forum's search feature to find your answer.
