Site Still Doesn't Work

I've checked the starka update thread and it says that accounts have been restored. I try to go to my website but it doesn't work. Then I tried to access my cPanel and it keeps saying that my username/password are incorrect, I changed the password and still no luck. The strange thing though is that I could actually view the files of my website using an ftp client. So what might be wrong? Is there anything I could do about it? Thanks.

UPDATE: My site now works and loads nicely. But I still cannot access my cPanel. Could it be that my cPanel account wasn't set up correctly?

It's possible your password file was corrupted. When the account panel comes back online (within 24 hours) you will be able to reset your password from it. If you still have issues doing this in 24 hours please re-open this thread or create a new one.
