Site still down after a week

I am still getting this error even though your status says all is fixed.

I fail to understand how a web server can be down for over 2 weeks. My site has had less than 30% uptime in the last few months. Your core business is web serving. How can you have so many issues ? I have looked at your feedback (where did the feedback come from) and its all good so what on earth is going on ????

Escalating up to staff for more info; that same glitch has come up a few times and I think there's a script running to try and fix it, but this should help get that part fixed.

As for it being down for 2 weeks it's not down? I'm confused cause it is serving fine for the moment, there's a glitch somewhere on the backend that's throwing problems with your sub/parked though. The hosting itself is still functioning and the files should still be there though.
