I'm still having issues though. For one my site (http://monkeypunch.x10.mx/) still gives me a '403 Forbidden' error and secondly I still can't get past the cPanel login.

I can log in to the portal just fine (https://x10hosting.com/portal) but I was able to do that before my account was supposedly fixed. But I still can't get beyond the portal.
Before this problem I don't ever remember having to log in to the cPanel separately. None of my passwords seem to work for the cPanel part and there is no "recover password" link/feature for that area.
Any help?
