7/10, the gradients are way to prominent and 3d, try toning them down a bit to give it a little less shape.

EDIT:: The top nav bar is fine but the 2 huge ones are not
Also try to make some of the black gradients that are outlining flow a little more.

That junk is ugly sorry. It will fit well for that dude (who posts all over the place and needa to chillout). 3/10 <effort.

I'll give it a 7/10 also.
I think all you have to do is tone down the gradient on the top and maybe make the background gradient pure black through the rest of the template.

Wow, thanks for the honest replies, I made the template in quite a jiffy.
I did not feel the look was quite right that's the reason i put it up for comments.
I will improce the design if i hace time or make another better one.
