Site unable to connect to MySQL

Hello I'm having an issue with my website and when I connect to the database through the website it gives me this error: "Could not connect: Lost connection to MySQL server at 'reading initial communication packet', system error: 111"
I was told I should message my host and tell them about the problem.
Are you able to fix this? Anything I have to do to fix it?

P.S. I am using the correct login + pass for MySQL, also I am using the host: int.absolut.x10hosting.com

Thanks, but even with that host it still gives me the same error. :S

The migration of Absolut (your server) is not fully complete yet. Until the process is complete your website is not going to work right. However, the migration is progressing and should not take much longer.

When I follow that link, the page says nothing about Absolut . Maybe someone should update the page?
