If you do not follow the format you will not be helped. Open a ticket with your cPanel username and subdomain. Also please include if anything is working FTP\cPanel\Site.

About podcasting it is okay aslong as you don't use other peoples copyrighted work without permission (eg Music), and have it on a web page with the add code.

the server in which ur site is there is very down so i think he had shut down that server or fully reset that server so u have to wait for the updates
