Site was up and running after move, then PHP errors, then not connecting

My site was back up after the move; had to get MySQL database restored, but other than that it was fine. Then I started noticing PHP errors (something about /home/global.prepend.php already sending headers), and then I could no longer connect to my site.

However, I can still log into cPanel, see all my files, etc. It's been down for about an hour now.
