Site won't load without proxy

This has been going on for a while. :happysad: My site won't load for me without a proxy, neither for other people who read my blog at chisaku.co.nr, which all reside in Europe... I cleared my cache, cookies... yeah, even installed my computer over to get it to work! I don't feel comfortable with using proxies all the time to access my own site, neither do my blog's readers either.

Is the whole Europe suddenly blocked...? If this has something to do with Global Crossing, has anyone contacted them yet?

I am pretty sure you can view my site... as in other similar topics... but could you please shed some light on what has or is happening, to this little girl? I'm quite exhausted of hearing the same answer over and over again without knowing what that all is about.

I have tried sites which tell the site's condition and it has showed that it's fine. That's great. I tried switching browsers as well, I tried on both Firefox and IE. Nothing, which I've tried, have worked. Not even waiting...

Thank you for this adorable service of giving out free hosting, everything has worked excellently in the past. This has been the only time I'm in quite a sticky problem. A blog's writer which can't even access their own blog... is like a rainbow without colors.

Please, give me some advice! What is happening? What can I do?
