Site won't load

Yes, my site will not load. I am getting this error when trying to access it.

At times, it will work, but only for an hour or so. This error is preventing my site from finishing its construction. Please help me!

My problem is related to the post at http://forums.x10hosting.com/showthread.php?t=24953. Why? Because it says my server name is cossacks in cPanel, and it says there are problems with the cossacks server. They claim that they fixed it, but it still is not working, as you can see. Corey and Bryon, are you listening?

If you look it up in the control panel, it gives the status. Apache is offline again.

I am going to make this a bit easy ... seems we have 3-4 messages that basically say all the same thing, with people just leaving one word comments. We're going to make the jobs of the Admin and other staff easier by closing a few of these and pointing everyone with the same issues to one thread.

And instead of just posting like sheep and saying "Same" - give your errors or problems, because in all honesty, not everyone is having the exact same problem. Plus, it would help to know each person's issue to better help the Admin and staff better pinpoint the issue.
