Site wrecked

it's been on and off working for the past weeks, but today it hasn't been working at all. Appearently Exim is down, but I haven't got a clue what that did for starters. I'm really starting to get annoyed about this as I do have things on my site that need to be view/used on a very regular base, so how can we get things working again?

I don't know, what server are you on anyways (I assume Stoli)? Stoli has been having issues lately for as far as I know. The site is loading fine for me right now, and it comes up with an image saying Under Construction.
