SItebuilder website broken? Errors included in thread

My main page shows no theme, only plain text and any link I click gets this error:

Not Found
The requested URL /home/motivegf/public_html/sitepro/About-us/ was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Sorry about that; this is a known problem on our free hosting servers, and higher staff are working on a fix. In the meantime, you can solve this by adding a new line to your account's .htaccess file containing "RewriteBase /". So sorry for the inconvenience here.

Not sure where to find that. I looked everywhere and dont see that file
