can some one please help me (again)as on my computor when i preview my site it comes out good with a small font and a blue rollover effect on the links but when i uploadit it comes out in a big font fith bright blue links? any help here

i dont have a clue but someone else has told me how co change everything so its okay now but thanks for tryna help
