Sky ISP blocking .x10host.com

Not sure if this is the correct place to put it, but I thought I would let people know that I came back to my website today and noticed that my website (and any using .x10host.com) was blocked by Sky's Broadband Shield feature due to Phishing and Malware.

It should be possible to unblock them if you can login to their website but if you don't own the ISP contract (such as certain flats, student accommodation etc) you may not be able to unblock it.

Sometimes a user will abuse free host providers like x10hosting, and when an ISP or malware/phishing scanner finds malware on these websites they will blacklist the whole server and not just the website URL

This results in the whole server being flagged as "containing malware" even when the malware is removed and the servers are clean

I figured as much but wanted to warn people who may have an interruption of service due to the issue. Not fired an email off to support yet, but anyone with an account direct with sky should be able to log in and remove the block from Sky Broadband Shield.
