Sloooow ...gettting slower and slower

My website blinked.exofire.net has got really slow ...is it a general problem in our free hosting server stoli ...or its just me ...what can i avoid to make my site faster
i just installed phpbb forum ...there is no traffic at the moment but it is still really slow ...whatis wron
i really need help
