slow connectio and 504 error on stoli

My forum loads slowly and I get 504 error often. Is there something wrong with stoli server? And also when I go to my cpanel firefox says connection timed out.

I cannot edit my forum because I'm pissed with slow loading and 504 error. I hope you can help me with this one. TIA.

I got problems with all the pages. But I think the problem is on my side. I'm using a proxy with ports 80, 3128, and 9000 BTW.

it says: Unable to connect to server: forumgeek.x10.mx:80
