I'm using a free domain from co.cc and I've created an email account (eg: xxx@co.cc) in cPanel.
When I tried sending email (to myself) from my forum using php email form, the email took a long time to receive (it is even worse if I have mail forwarding).
Below shows the email sending and receiving time:
Sending to (eg: xxx@co.cc)
1) Time took to receive from squirrel web mail. Time sent: 3:09pm. There is a time synchronizing error as it showed 4:09pm (I've already corrected the time zone but it still reflects wrong timing). The actual time I received this email: 3:13pm. A "mere" 4 mins delay.
2) Time took to receive from my forwarded email account (eg: xxx@co.cc forwarded to eg: xxx@gmail.com). Time sent: 3:09pm and time received from my forwarded email account: 3:24pm. A BIG 15 mins delay.
Sending to external email account (eg: xxx@gmail.com)
3) Time took to receive when I sent to an external email account (instead of eg: xxx@co.cc). Time sent is shown on the left hand side and time received is shown on the right hand side.
Conclusion: There is a significant time delay when receiving email from php email form. I hope this is just a phase but please resolve this problems asap as it is nearly impossible to continue setting up my forum in x10hosting as my users need to communicate one another using php email form. Thanks!

I just tested sending emails from php email form and the problem seemed to have resolved. Hopefully this is not intermittent. I will close this thread for now and will open a new thread if same problem resurface again (cross our fingers :tongue.
Thank you guys if you have solved this problem.
