Slow load of my site

i've noticed it takes to load 6-20 seconds, my site is very simple and even installed a plugin to cache pages, but it not helps.

All my pages, including wordpress admin, i have tested in another pc and it still slow, but if my page are loading fast to you i'll verify another reason for my slow load.
