Slow server response

My website inmusic.si is incredibly slow, so slow in fact that sometimes browsers don't even get a response in time. I've run google site analysis few times and it says that server response time is really big (something like 10 seconds) and this is really strange to me, because this website has virtually no traffic at all and it isn't that big or complicaned, neither have I used code. Is this a problem with hosting or is it just with my website?
