Many thanks for your service, I am hoping I can get it up and running soon. My question is that I am currently trying to connect to my domain via FTP and it is very slow, and actually unusable. Even just to log in it almost times out. I am pretty familiar with FTP and have used it many times before, and my internet connection is fine. I can FTP to other sites as well, no problems. I am based in Australia. Any ideas?
