slow website

hello, im on a free server... stoli i think its called.

Seems theres something not quite right, as the server has slowed and sometimes errors out, now, it was working fine. last night.
I don't think its drupal, because the front page isn't served by drupal, and its slow too. Really slow.
Could you please investigate?
