SMF Help!

Hello, I currently installed SMF at vennexmedia.com/forums.
But Im trying to install pakages and none of them show up on the left side under congifuration like they should. It juts makes a space for them.

Any help?

Yes but there is supposed to be a Panel option where highlighted..

You have to install them then it will show up..

Can you not see the pictue? IT IS INSTALLED!

If you switch back to the default CORE theme do you see the options in the admin panel. ??? This is most likely because you are using a custom theme or because you have your language set to use utf8 and not english.

No I switched to core theme, still not there...Also how do you switch language if that is my problem?

Reupload the SMF CORE THEME Language Files -- i had this before, its where the language files got corrupted.

Also, if it still happens get another version of that mod.

Nope still doesnt work. I dont know how to check language!

Go into your core configuration of your server settings in the admin panel and you should be able to change it.

Ok this is all working, but does anyone know how I can make it so users can only vei their own posts in a certain section?

You would have to request a mod. There is no feature like this for SMF (At least I haven't seen it.)
