How can i remove the DIR from the end of URL.

MySQL server name: localhost


MySQL username: Go to cPanel to create one


MySQL password: Go to cPanel to create one


MySQL database name: Go to cPanel to create one

How can i remove the DIR from the end of URL.

What do you mean the DIR?

If you mean something like domain.com/forum and you want just domain.com, you need to move try using these steps: http://docs.simplemachines.org/index.php?topic=489 (it says changing hosts but changing URL works the same way).

If you mean the last slash, this can be changed somewhere in the SMF settings under Basic Configuration.
