SMF Parse error - Coding noob here

My website is HBA.x10.bz and when I go to it, I'm getting thie coding message:

I have posted a screenshot of the file mentioned in the error message which shows all the code in the file. Can someone please help me fix this error?

I would go and post on the SMF support forum. They would be much more familiar with the situation.

Not familiar with SMF, but if you sign into the admin section, see if there is a "clear all caches" option somewhere. Caches are written by the script and are then parsed by the script (SMF) instead of generating all the information from scratch. \

If all else fails, you can try renaming the file -- say change the extension to .phpBAK -- and see what happens. You can always rename it back (better than just deleting it).
