ummm.. can you explain this a bit more. ??? for ftp details try putting in your cpanel username and password.

It asks for this:


FTP Server: ????????????????????
Port:
Username: pspfl
Password: ***********
Local path to SMF: /forums (i know thats correct)

It's not hard. FTP is how you upload stuff. So all you do is put your ftp details there.

The server is obviously ftp.x10hosting.com and the port is 21, like it is when you upload stuff through ftp like forums.

Use your cpanel username and password.

For local path you will need to use /public_html/forums or /www/forums,

cPanel FTP starts below the document root.

Thanks guys for the support, it just wasnt workin, I had a thing wrong and now it shud work... lemi try



EDIT: THANKS GUYS! I have done it and it works perfectly. Obviously the path to SMF wasnt wot i thort it was :S

Yeh evrything works except for it CHMODS the files and then has acess blocked lol, ill explain lata if any1 can help

Either chmodding to 777 or 755 on all files should work.
