Smf slowness?

Well i have the corperate plan here on the free server and i hosted maplerewards.us.to i added a whole bunch of rss feeds and then it started to act slow is this because of the server or my rss feeds is it possible to move it to the sustained server?

Also it says like blah blah blah the database is busy?


Is it because of this?

Well usually you need HTTP to be up just to run the most simplest of webpages, unless it's cPanel or anything in it.

Its up still acting slow... but it works.. Well i think its the server all my sites are really slow...
