SMF Webinstall not coming up

Got a question for all and sundry. Has anyone else had a problem with the Simple Machines Forum webinstall not coming up fully? I downloaded the webinstall correctly, uploaded it correctly, went to the page and... nothing but the background and banner.

I've turned off my adblocker, I've tried re-downloading and re-uploading the file... nothing.

Suggestions?

Odd... now it worked and I got the forum set up. Very strange. Would a mod please close this thread?
