I noticed that Smiley Central Emotions are soooo cool and I thought of adding some of them (The COOLEST ONES) to my forum. So I want to know if I am allowed to do this

Yep GIF's can't have spyware.

GIFs would be hard to inject with. You have more chance you find an infected TIF then a GIF
