smtp email

Hey guys im not sure if free hosting has this but id like to be able to connect to my email from the freehosting on outlook however no matter what smtp port or user i do it does not work.

I also have a forminator form on my website wordpress. Its emails ghet send from the website domain which i like however it goes into spam so i installed fluentsmtp however fluent cannot connect to smtp services on the website as well. obviously i cannot do it with free hosting or im missing something?
