I am getting a SMPT -1 error when trying to access my email:

user login: kevinandx@rainbowguide.com
password: **********
POP3: mail.rainbowguide.com
Port: 110
SMTP: mail.rainbowguide.com
Port: 25
"X" My Server Requires Authentication

Please advise... Was working previously and now I get error
