SMTP not working

Hey guys,

If you go to my site: www.pclipse.com

And go to the contact page. If you try sending me a message, it'll say sent successfully; however, I won't actually receive the message. This exact script/code worked fine on my previous host, but not with x10. Am I mistaken and x10 doesn't have an SMTP option for free users?

Is the contact form going to that @hotmail.com e-mail?

yes it is. I also did check my junk folder. Not there though.

Can you try to make an e-mail account via your cPanel and using that ... hotmail doesn't like our free hosting mail server for some reason, and this is most likely causing the block.

Now I get this, when trying to access my email in cPanel:

DATABASE ERROR: CONNECTION FAILED!

Unable to connect to the database!
Please contact your server-administrator.
