SMTP Problem

I think the SMTP is not working properly for few days. Please check this problem. No mail can be sent. at:

We are aware of this problem and it will be fixed as soon as possible.

Its not a problem. The new servers require authentication. So under your account settings find a server tab and under outgoing server check the box that says "this server requires authentication" (keep the box checked that says same as incoming server if it asks)

For outlook express
-Toos
-Accounts
-Find your account and click properties
-Click the server tab
-Check the very last box that says "My outgoing server requires authentication"

(those not be exact words but you get the point)

I can't understand what Tyler want to say ???
In my website there is a member registration process and as a part of it, there is email validation process. I've used simple mail() function of PHP. But for few days it was not working. Even there is "forget password" script also, which is not working too.
I know you've a problem in your server, but would u please tell me how long it will take to fix this problem.
My website is not getting any visitor for this problem...
Please understand what I'm trying to say...
