So after long and hard looking over things, i leanrd how to code a template from a PSD into an Full HTML doc..This is CKG site i was working on that she asked me to code..Kris if you don't want this up here i'll take it down :p

Wow, it looks different in FF and IE.. that is a bad sign.. Just see the FF screenshot..

In I.E it is fine nothing overflows. In FF the text in the purple box doesn't overflow as in the screens, it the line "and get posting!" overflows downwards into the border of the purple/green boxes.

which version of IE do you have? i have checked and it is the same as the screenshot of FireFox (FF)..

Here's what it looks like in "Maxathon Browser" which is basically I.E 6 because in your sig it says I'm using I.E 6:

Image quality kinda bad because I did it really quickly, sorry.

do not tell me that Skyline4life site is best viewed using 1024x768 screen..

yes. thats the more common one, as its the default for xp.

did you slice it in photoshop? i suggest reslicing and making expanding content boxes to hold the text, it wont get overlapped then. or even use iframes.

Man I love that template 9.7/10! That template will sell for a good price and I bet people will love it! Kepp up with the good work!

oooooooh.....
you used divs to write the text over the bg table... that why you are getting the problems...

you need to write the text directly in the TD tags.
when you do templates like you did, whose containt is not only contained in width but height, you also have to be wary of how much text you put in the table cells as well. as much as it pains me to say it, you have to remove those fancy circular and hexagonal backgrounds if you want to makethe site work as you intend, so that the about, news, and lesson table cells can stretch to acomadate their text.
