So... Mysterious Termination Update?

I've been watching this forum ever since my site stopped working and I received the Oh no! email. It's been 2.5/3 days now but I haven't seen any update on the situation. Am I missing something?

For the record, my site is down, my x10 panel says I don't have a hosting account, I can't create a support ticket, I can't reply on these forums, but apparently I can start a new thread manually. I was on Cossacks and then Fris/whatever it ended up being and my x10 panel did say suspended even after being manually unsuspended via support (thought it was a sync delay but I bet it never changed).

I have been told that there are no backups of either files or databases. The exact cause of the terminations has not be ascertained.

As per the ToS, you are responsible for all your backups. At the moment it looks like the servers have messed up and deleted your files, sorry

I know one should never rely on hosting backups (paid or not) and I will certainly do so more frequently knowing that the servers can and have "messed up".

Only by manually coming to the forums and starting a new thread instead of via the x10 panel. And it appears I can only reply to my own threads and not others.

I'm just posting to provide as much information as possible since it's been 3 days and no announcement has been made.
