softactulous still not working

have never received a response to previous ticket. softaculous is still not working. for example, when i select moodle, it gives me a "fatal error" page saying the info.xml file could not be found.

I would recommend installing things yourself if you're going to do it. It's usually very simple, and they often provide instructions on how to do it.
I'll pass on the message about Softaculous.
