Softaculous Error -September 23 2011(Hosting Server: boru)

I'm just wondering if you can help me. I'm trying to run Softaculous, however every time I try to an error comes up.
Here's the error message:
Site error: the file /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/enduser/inc.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so to be installed by the site administrator.
I'm wondering if this is need to be installed with the site administrator approval and what is the requirements.
