Softaculous Error

Hello, I have been trying to install Wordpress. I no longer see the option for the Fantastico, so I tried Softaculous and the other options. I have been receiving errors for the last few days.

Not sure if I messed something up. Is there a way for me to start my account from scratch?

Here's the error message: Site error: the file /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/enduser/inc.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so to be installed by the site administrator.

That's not an account problem; there is a way to reset the account by having it terminated and recreate it, but it won't fix that particular error.

I'll forward it on to an admin so they know it's having issues; they may already know but won't hurt to tell them twice if they do
