hey, i signed up for the hosting purely because it offered Softaculous however my cpanel doesnt have Softaculous...any help would be nice

You are on 'lotusnew' , which I guess is the new server. Please double check to see if the link is where I said and reply back.

Since you are on a new server, you will have to wait for the admins to fully configure it before it being available.
