Some Inquiry about the ToS

i'm currently planning for setting up / adding up my blog to my site.

I read that only English is only one of the allowed languages.

Can I use, for example, other langues in my blog posts? but the whole site is in English except the blog posts?

All content must be translated manually into either English, Spanish or French.
