Some people can't use my links. They work in IE but not on my phone browser.

I create my web pages using Microsoft Publisher 2007. I publish to my hard drive, then uload them through the c-panel. I can use the web site perfectly. Everything works fine on all my PC's, work, home amd mobile. However some people have reported that the links do not function for them on their machines and I also can not use the links on my phone's internet browser. I use a LG Dare using Verizon. Any idreas on what is chewing up my web page?
