Some questions about Free Hosting

Hello, I am using phpBB and I had enable the 'Attachment files', I have some question about this:
- I set up total 'Attachment files' is 2048MB and max file size is 2MB, is it OK?
- What file fomat should I can allow for 'Attachment files'?
- What happen if there are some members upload some files that violation of the terms, eg: nes rom or cracked software?
Please give me some advice about this.

I would say you could get in-trouble for filehosting if you advocate or have any forum sections that promote in any way people uploading attachments. Also, yes you are responsible for the content people upload, though as long as its not an admin or mod who uploads it, most of the staff will wait 24 hours to see if its been removed(Assuming the upload date wasn't weeks beforehand.) Otherwise your account could get permanently suspended.

I would say turn off attachments for the default user group, and turn down the 2048 to 128.
