As I'm sure everyone is aware there are a lot of changes going on and some confusion. Here are some quick answers.
This forum theme is not permanent. Unfortunately there are not a lot of vB4 compatible themes out yet. We will post a poll shortly with a few themes and ask the community to vote on the one they like the best. The winner will become our new forum theme for the short term. We had to upgrade because the new version is needed for our new backend, which is needed for the new account panel ;P.
The forum add-ons you're used to such as the credits, thanks button, etc... are currently disabled. They are still there though. You didn't lose your credits. A lot of them have to be updated for the latest version of vB and all of our custom scripts need to be implemented. Before we can do this we need to pick a new forum theme.
The account panel is changing, we'll most likely make a full post on the changes later but for now we hope to get the new backend and account panel live in the next 24 hours. We're hoping for minimal issues.
We are upgrading the hardware on all the free servers and the MySQL server. The processing power is being increased 35%. There is another post about this in the news section, check it out.
We are spreading out to another location, x10 will now have servers located in Dallas and Chicago. If you are a paid hosting or VPS user please check out the announcements in the billing area on how this affects you.
If I see any other questions come up a lot I'll try to add them here. We are all very busy with the new changes and I appreciate everyone's patience while we get things settled.
