ok well first off, in attempt to draw more people to my forum, what are some topics i could add to my forum. also i am still looking for affiliates. and staff.
Ok right now I need to start getting sme staff for my site. What I need are some forum mods/admins, news posters, and some people to review games and such. Also I need dedicated people. not someone who will show up every now and then.

I can give advice from my failed and also some successful forums I have made in the past.

I am online anywhere from 4-15hrs per day (I get to surf at work too... WHOOT!) but I am unsure if I would be able to help out on your forum as needed as I have other things I do myself.
