i cant log into my x10hosting account i just got back from canade from my grandmas i was going to work on my site but i cant log in

I cant find you on the suspended list, how long have you been away from your account ?
Did you have ads up before you left ?

i was away for 3+ moths i think 5 moths but can you re activat our accounts

i was away for like the whole summer

If you were away that long and didnt have ads up or your site was inactive it was probably moved to the suspended page and then after awhile it would have been terminated. If this is the case feel free to aply again for hosting. I will look into this more closely for you.

can you like reactivate both of our hosting i dont have to the time to re apply

He said your accounts may have been terminated after been suspended too long.

You will have to get in touch with an admin when they come online and see if they can restore your accounts.
