The administrator can reseting my account? (delavoix.x10hosting.com)

when i add my domain delavoix.com in my account, it said me ' Error from park wrapper: delavoix.com est déjà configuré' but it don't worked when we put delavoix.com in adress bar

When i said resiting, i thought delete all files and reinstalling like a new acount.

Resetting your account won't fix the add-on domain issue. Do you have the domain pointed to x10?
