someone is using my Database

Someone by the email enkral7@yahoo.com taken over my Database and keeps erasing my files and he is adding his own. I've tried everything I know, I'm frustrated, this has been happening since I signed up 4 days ago or so. Need Help majorly.

I did that I even went as far as trying to delete the entire database name test, but found no way of doing that

you are in the wrong spot, repost your issue under "client support"

I got this from his table he's setting up.

If I am correct you need to create your own database in cPanel.

Its not your database its open to everyone, its used for testing. (I will be removing the database to avoid further confusion) You need to crate your own database through cpanel.

It sounds like you are using a static account which has no databases. You can apply for an account upgrade in the upgrade forum .

I too am having the problem of connecting with a database. I have asked for an upgrade.

This is the error I get when I try to set up my script.

Could not connect to the selected database: imecards_test. Check the config.php file to be sure you set the correct database server, database name, username, and password. Contact your system administrator if you do not know these values.

You need to fix this before you can continue with the installation process.

I have set this up before and I triple checked the setup info and it's correct.
