someone using my email

They registered for a hosting account with your account name? Or did they register for an account on the forums with your email address?

If it's the first, then just delete the email

Well clicking the link creates the account; however, make sure that you relink your forum account with your cPanel account. That way whoever created the hosting account under your forum name will be suspended.

Wouldn't the email give you the password and stuff for the account? Just log on, change the password and don't use the account(or use it, it's up to you).
