Something wrong with my blog

I have had this problem for a while. I can't edit my blog at all ever since PHP was changed (I think that was it, whenever all that maintenance was done in early January). Here is the error it is giving me:

"Got an error: Error opening file '/mt-config.cgi': No such file or directory"

I have done some tinkering with the mt-config.cgi, and the file and directory are there. I don't know what else to do...

cgi files usually live in cgi-bin not / so it would be /cgi-bin/mt-config.cgi

Well it seems cgi got tampered.
Restore it from the backup, if you have any.
If not, backup your database and configuration files and request for re-creation of your site.
Then restore them.
This CGI is very common in free accounts of other hosts too.

Have you tried moving your CGI file to the cgi-bin folder?
What's the page you're getting the error so we can check?

I checked, and the mt-config.cgi file is in the right directory and everything.
Here is the blog's dashboard where I edit, make, or change blogs and write posts. The blog works, but there is no way I can change it or add new entries.

Backup your files and MySQL database and delete your blog then reupload it.

Ok, I did a request for a backup and it says I should receive an email when it is ready.

UPDATE: Still the same thing
