excuse me, i recently upgraded to phpbb3, and so when i converted all my phpbb2. all of it went to a new link which was
example.com/phpBB3
and then so i didnt really mind till it came to the point in changing my index.html file.
i needed to change the file so people wouldnt be getting to the old forums, and going to the newer one.
and so i changed it ( triple checked all links linking to the old forum were gone and replaced with new link), but for some reason, it still goes to that same freaking link and ive gotten frustrated and broken a keyboard over it...
>.> please someone help...if you need proof..i did it through the file manager and when it said successfully changed i tried it and it didnt work...whats going on...and i did give it time because its almost been an hour since the mishap
