Ples explik me for using MYSQL remot!

Remote MySQL is disabled on free hosting.

For x10Premium (also referred to as PaidShared), add your IP under the Remote MySQL button in cPanel.


Side note: The Remote MySQL button is present on free hosting, however the firewall itself is what will block you from accessing mysql remotely, so even if your ip is in the list on x10free, it can't get past the firewall.
